Press conference and symposium

What to remember at a glance:

  • Tim Schrills (@TimSchrills), from the University of Lübeck, focused on the psychological requirements for AI-supported diabetes management, and its effects on its users.
  • Yousra Tourki (@YousraTourki), Diabeloop’s Algorithms Manager, demonstrated how the DBLG1 self-learning algorithm safely automates insulin decisions.
  • Erik Huneker (@ErikHuneker), our CEO and co-founder, emphasized how much interoperability matters for Diabeloop and how it gives more opportunities and choices for people with Type 1 diabetes.
  • Highly Unstable Diabetes: Erik H. gave insights and showed the significant improvement in time-in-range (70-180 mg/dL) with a gain of 29.8% (compared to PLGS systems), demonstrated by the clinical trials conducted by Diabeloop.

Virtual booth

At DiaTec 2021, Diabeloop had a virtual booth. A key place to meet and chat with our teams, download some documents… And so much more!

Thank you to the nearly 600 people who visited us at our virtual booth. See you next time!
